Awesome Timely Service on a Sunday! I came home after working nightshift, and my home was hot. I knew I needed service and I reviewed a couple of places, but worried about who would provide service on a Sunday.Tyler, 3 Tier Heating and Cooling answered the phone and committed to being here within the hour. He did a great job. I am now sitting in a very cool home 1 hour later. I also wanted an updated thermostat and he installed that for me under the same service call. This is a family business that I will always recommend.

I contacted Tyler today in panic! It's only getting warmer here in TN and my ac was not working! He helped in an EXTREMELY timely manner and was the most respectful man! His pricing is great! We are finally back up and running and I couldn't be more thankful!! We definitely will be keeping him for the future!

I called 3 Tier Heating & Cooling in reference to getting a yearly service contract for our mini-split system. Tyler was extremely busy with an install but called me back and was very forthcoming with his prices and what would be included in the servicing. We set up a day and time for him to come over..... and he showed up!! If you've ever had appointments set up for services, you know that doesn't always happen. He was very proficient, respectful and more than did the job with his prices being extremely reasonable. I can and will refer Tyler / 3 Tier Heating & Cooling to everyone.
